Before you report the two most common problems

A withdrawal that is pending. Three things cause most delays: verification not finished, a bonus still in play with unmet wagering, or a registered name that does not match the bank account exactly. Check all three before asking.

Three things support will never ask for

  1. Your password
  2. An OTP or verification code
  3. A payment to release a withdrawal

Any message asking for these is not FU88, however convincing it looks. The same goes for private messages offering bonuses, help, or account recovery services.

Change the password immediately, contact support through your saved channel, review your transaction history, and change your email password too if it was reused. The first few minutes matter more than anything after.
